The wording Extra Dry should not mislead. In reality, extra dry Prosecco indicates a prosecco that is more soft and sweet than a brutand with a residual sugar that varies between 11 and 17 grams per litre. It is therefore an ideal Prosecco to be sipped alone, with appetizers in aperitifs or to accompany foods such as white meats, fish and fresh cheeses. Finally, it is the perfect complement to dessert.
The great care in the selection of the grapes and in the fermentation processes have given the Prosecco DOC Extra Dry Pirani perfumes and aromas that have been awarded the gold medal at the Best Wine Award 2021 in France.
